## SEC. 402 AWARD OF REPARATIONS Section 41305 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (b), by striking “, plus reasonable attorney fees”; and ####

(2)by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(e) Attorney Fees > > In any action brought under section 41301, the prevailing party may be awarded reasonable attorney fees.” > .
