## SEC. 313 AREA CONTINGENCY PLANS Section 311(j)(4) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1321(j)(4)) is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph (A), by striking “ qualified personnel of Federal, State, and local agencies. ” and inserting > “qualified— > > > ###### “(i) > > personnel of Federal, State, and local agencies; and > > > ###### “(ii) > > members of federally recognized Indian tribes, where applicable.” > ; ####
