## SEC. 7017 PROGRAM FRAUD CIVIL REMEDIES ACT OF 1986 AMENDMENT Section 3801(a)(1) of title 31, United States Code (commonly known as the “Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act of 1986”) is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph (C), by striking “and” after the semicolon; ####

(2)in subparagraph (D), by inserting “and” after the semicolon; and ####

(3)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(E) > > the National Science Foundation.” > .
