## SEC. 3005 REPORT BY VISITING COMMITTEE Section 10(h)(1) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act (15 U.S.C. 278(h)(1)) is amended— ####
(1)by striking “on or before January 31 in each year” and inserting “not later than 30 days after the submittal to Congress of the President’s annual budget request in each year”; and ####
(2)by adding to the end the following: “Such report also shall comment on the programmatic planning document and updates thereto submitted to Congress by the Director under subsections
(c)and
(d)of section 23.”.
