## SEC. 455 EFFECTIVE DATE **[**[6 U.S.C. 271 note](/us/usc/t6/s271)**]** Notwithstanding section 4, sections 451 through 456, and the amendments made by such sections, shall take effect on the date on which the transfer of functions specified under section 441 takes effect.
