## SEC. 424 PRESERVATION OF TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION AS A DISTINCT ENTITY **[**[6 U.S.C. 234](/us/usc/t6/s234)**]** Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the Transportation Security Administration shall be maintained as a distinct entity within the Department.
