## SEC. 414 SEPARATE BUDGET REQUEST FOR CUSTOMS **[**[6 U.S.C. 214](/us/usc/t6/s214)**]** The President shall include in each budget transmitted to Congress under section 1105 of title 31, United States Code, a separate budget request for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
