## SEC. 1702 EXECUTIVE SCHEDULE ###

(b)Special Effective Date **[**[5 U.S.C. 5315 note](/us/usc/t5/s5315)**]** Notwithstanding section 4, the amendment made by subsection (a)(5) shall take effect on the date on which the transfer of functions specified under section 441 takes effect.
