## SEC. 1515 CONTINUITY OF INSPECTOR GENERAL OVERSIGHT **[**[6 U.S.C. 555](/us/usc/t6/s555)**]** Notwithstanding the transfer of an agency to the Department pursuant to this Act, the Inspector General that exercised oversight of such agency prior to such transfer shall continue to exercise oversight of such agency during the period of time, if any, between the transfer of such agency to the Department pursuant to this Act and the appointment of the Inspector General of the Department of Homeland Security in accordance with section 103(b).
