## SEC. 936 CYBER OUTREACH AND THREAT AWARENESS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall provide to the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Senate a briefing on options for strengthening outreach and threat awareness programs for small businesses (as defined in section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)) that are awarded contracts by the Department of Defense to assist such businesses to— ####
(1)understand the gravity and scope of cyber threats; ####
(2)develop a plan to protect intellectual property; and ####
(3)develop a plan to protect the networks of such businesses. **[**Section 937 was repealed by section 922(c) of division A of Public Law 118-159.**]**
