## SEC. 916 LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR SPACE PROTECTION PROGRAM Of the amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2014 by section 201 for the Department of Defense for research, test, development, and evaluation, Air Force, and available for the Space Protection Program (PE# 0603830F) as specified in the funding table in section 4201, $10,000,000 may not be obligated or expended until the Secretary of Defense submits to the congressional defense committees a copy of the study conducted at the direction of the Deputy Secretary of Defense on the counter space strategy of the Department of Defense that resulted in significant revisions to that strategy by the Department.
