## SEC. 813 AMENDMENT RELATING TO COMPELLING REASONS FOR WAIVING SUSPENSION OR DEBARMENT Section 2393(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended in the second sentence by striking “in a file available for public inspection” and inserting “on a publicly accessible website to the maximum extent practicable”.
