## SEC. 711 AUTHORITY OF UNIFORMED SERVICES UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS AND MAKE GRANTS TO OTHER NONPROFIT ENTITIES Section 2113(g)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph (B)— #####

(A)by inserting “, or any other nonprofit entity” after “Military Medicine”; and #####

(B)by inserting “, or nonprofit entity,” after “such Foundation”; and ####

(2)in subparagraph (C)— #####

(A)by inserting “, or any other nonprofit entity,” after “Military Medicine”; and #####

(B)by inserting “, or nonprofit entity,” after “such foundation”.
