## SEC. 571 REPORT ON FEASIBILITY OF EXPANDING PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORTS TO INCLUDE 360-DEGREE ASSESSMENT APPROACH Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report containing the results of an assessment of the feasibility of including a 360-degree assessment approach, modeled after the current Department of the Army Multi-Source Assessment and Feedback
(MSAF)Program, as part of performance evaluation reports.
