## SEC. 521 PROVISION OF INFORMATION UNDER TRANSITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM ABOUT DISABILITY-RELATED EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATION PROTECTIONS ###
(a)Additional Element of Program Section 1144(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(9) > > Provide information about disability-related employment and education protections.” > . ###
(b)Deadline for Implementation **[**[10 U.S.C. 1144 note](/us/usc/t10/s1144)**]** The program carried out under section 1144 of title 10, United States Code, shall comply with the requirements of subsection (b)(9) of such section, as added by subsection (a), by not later than April 1, 2015.
