## SEC. 402 REVISIONS IN PERMANENT ACTIVE DUTY END STRENGTH MINIMUM LEVELS AND IN ANNUAL LIMITATION ON CERTAIN END STRENGTH REDUCTIONS ###
(a)Permanent Active Duty End Strength Minimum Levels Section 691(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraphs
(1)through

(1)Army end strengths Subsection
(a)of section 403 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 1708) is amended by striking “15,000 members” and inserting “25,000 members”. ####
(2)Marine corps end strengths Subsection
