## SEC. 402 REVISIONS IN PERMANENT ACTIVE DUTY END STRENGTH MINIMUM LEVELS AND IN ANNUAL LIMITATION ON CERTAIN END STRENGTH REDUCTIONS ###
(a)Permanent Active Duty End Strength Minimum Levels Section 691(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraphs
(1)through
(4)and inserting the following new paragraphs: > > #### “(1) > > For the Army, 510,000. > > > #### “(2) > > For the Navy, 323,600. > > > #### “(3) > > For the Marine Corps, 188,000. > > > #### “(4) > > For the Air Force, 327,600.” > . ###
(b)Annual Maximum Authorized Reduction in End Strengths ####
(1)Army end strengths Subsection
(a)of section 403 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 1708) is amended by striking “15,000 members” and inserting “25,000 members”. ####
(2)Marine corps end strengths Subsection
