## SEC. 334 MODIFICATION OF ANNUAL CORROSION CONTROL AND PREVENTION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Section 903(b)(5) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 10 U.S.C. 2228 note) is amended— ####
(1)by inserting “(A)” after “(5)”; and ####
(2)by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(B) > > The report required under subparagraph
(A)shall— > > > ###### “(i) > > provide a clear linkage between the corrosion control and prevention program of the military department and the overarching goals and objectives of the long-term corrosion control and prevention strategy developed and implemented by the Secretary of Defense under section 2228(d) of title 10, United States Code; and > > > ###### “(ii) > > include performance measures to ensure that the corrosion control and prevention program is achieving the goals and objectives described in clause (i).” > . ## Subtitle E Limitations and Extensions of Authority
