## SEC. 3144 TECHNICAL AMENDMENT TO ATOMIC ENERGY ACT OF 1954 **[**[42 U.S.C. 2142](/us/usc/t42/s2142)**]** Chapter 10 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2131 et seq.), as amended by section 3176 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 2215), is amended in the matter following section 111 by inserting before “a. The Commission” the following: “Sec. 112. Domestic Medical Isotope Production.—”.
