## SEC. 2999 TERMINATION OF PRIOR WITHDRAWAL Notwithstanding section 2842 of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116–283) and section 3015 of the Military Lands Withdrawal Act of 1999 (title XXX of Public Law 106–65), the withdrawal and reservation under section 3011(a) of that Act is terminated.
