## SEC. 2997 EXPANSION OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ON JOINT USE BY DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY AND DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR OF FALLON RANGE TRAINING COMPLEX The Secretary of the Navy and the Secretary of the Interior shall expand the membership of the Fallon Range Training Complex Intergovernmental Executive Committee directed by section 3011(a)(5) of the Military Lands Withdrawal Act of 1999 (title XXX of Public Law 106–65; 113 Stat. 885; 134 Stat. 4349) relating to the management of the natural and cultural resources of the withdrawal land to include representatives of Eureka County, Nevada, the Nevada Department of Agriculture, and the Nevada Division of Minerals.
