## SEC. 2992 SAGE GROUSE STUDY ###
(a)In General The Secretary of the Navy, in consultation with the Secretary of the Interior and the State of Nevada, shall conduct a study to further assess greater sage grouse reactions to military overflights within the Fallon Range Training Complex. ###
(b)Determination If the Secretary of the Navy determines under the study under subsection
(a)that greater sage grouse in the Fallon Range Training Complex are significantly impacted by aircraft overflights, the Secretary of the Navy shall implement adaptive management activities, in coordination with the State of Nevada and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
