## SEC. 2951 WITHDRAWAL AND RESERVATION OF PUBLIC LAND ###
(a)Withdrawal Subject to valid existing rights, the Federal land described in subsection
(b)is withdrawn from— ####
(1)entry, appropriation, and disposal under the public land laws; ####
(2)location, entry, and patent under the mining laws; and ####
(3)operation of the mineral leasing, mineral materials, and geothermal leasing laws. ###
(b)Description of Federal Land The Federal land referred to in subsection
(a)consists of approximately 5,100 acres of land depicted as “Parcel 1” on the map entitled “White Sands Missile Range/Fort Bliss/BLM Land Transfer and Withdrawal”, dated April 3, 2012, and filed in accordance with section 2912. ###
(c)Reservation The Federal land described in subsection
(b)is reserved for use by the Secretary of the Army for military purposes in accordance with Public Land Order 833, dated May 27, 1952 (17 Fed. Reg. 4822).
