## SEC. 2815 CONDITIONS ON DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE EXPANSION OF PIñON CANYON MANEUVER SITE, FORT CARSON, COLORADO The Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of the Army may not acquire, by purchase, condemnation, or other means, any land to expand the size of the Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site near Fort Carson, Colorado, unless each of the following occurs: ####
(1)The land acquisition is specifically authorized in an Act of Congress enacted after the date of the enactment of this Act. ####
(2)Funds are specifically appropriated for the land acquisition. ####
(3)The Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of the Army comply with the environmental review requirements of section 102(2) of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (42 U.S.C. 4332(2)) with respect to the land acquisition. ## Subtitle C Provisions Related to Asia-Pacific Military Realignment
