## SEC. 2812 AUTHORITY FOR ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDS TO COVER ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH REAL PROPERTY LEASES AND EASEMENTS ###
(a)Authority Subsection (e)(1)(C) of section 2667 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new clause: > > ###### “(vi) > > Administrative expenses incurred by the Secretary concerned under this section and for easements under section 2668 of this title.” > . ###
(b)Administrative Expenses Defined Subsection
(i)of such section is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating paragraphs
(1)through
(4)as paragraphs
(2)through (5), respectively; and ####
(2)by inserting before paragraph (2), as so redesignated, the following new paragraph (1): > > #### “(1) > > The term ‘administrative expenses’ means only those expenses related to assessing, negotiating, executing, and managing lease and easement transactions. The term does not include any Government personnel costs.” > .
