## SEC. 2611 MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2013 PROJECT In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2603 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (division B of Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 2135) for Fort Des Moines, Iowa, for construction of a Joint Reserve Center at that location, the Secretary of the Navy may, instead of constructing a new facility at Camp Dodge, acquire up to approximately 20 acres to construct a Joint Reserve Center and associated supporting facilities in the greater Des Moines, Iowa, area using amounts appropriated for the project pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2606 of such Act (126 Stat. 2136).
