## SEC. 2411 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS, CHEMICAL DEMILITARIZATION CONSTRUCTION, DEFENSE-WIDE ###

(a)Authorization of Appropriations Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 2013, for military construction and land acquisition for chemical demilitarization, as specified in the funding table in section 4601. ###

(b)Limitation on Total Cost of Construction Projects Notwithstanding the cost variations authorized by section 2853 of title 10, United States Code, and any other cost variation authorized by law, the total cost of all projects carried out under subsection

(a)and the project described in paragraph

(2)of this subsection may not exceed the sum of the following: ####

(1)The total amount authorized to be appropriated under subsection (a), as specified in the funding table in section 4601. ####

(2)$36,433,000 (the balance of the amount authorized for ammunition demilitarization at Blue Grass Army Depot, Kentucky, by section 2401(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (division B of Public Law 106-65; 113 Stat. 835), as most recently amended by section 2412 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (division B Public Law 111-383; 124 Stat. 4450). # TITLE XXV NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION SECURITY INVESTMENT PROGRAM
