## SEC. 2206 MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2012 PROJECT In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2201(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (division B of Public Law 112-81; 125 Stat. 1666) for Kitsap, Washington, for construction of Explosives Handling Wharf No. 2, the Secretary of the Navy may construct new hardened facilities in lieu of hardening existing structures and a new facility to replace the existing Coast Guard Maritime Force Protection Unit and the Naval Undersea Warfare Command unhardened facilities using appropriations available for the project.
