## SEC. 2106 MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2010 PROJECT In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2101(b) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (division B of Public Law 111-84; 123 Stat. 2629) for Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, for construction of APS Warehouses, the Secretary of the Army may construct up to 74,976 square meters of hardstand parking, 22,741 square meters of access roads, a 6 megawatt power plant, and 50,724 square meters of humidity-controlled warehouses.
