## SEC. 2104 LIMITATION ON CONSTRUCTION OF CADET BARRACKS AT UNITED STATES MILITARY ACADEMY, NEW YORK No amounts may be obligated or expended for the construction of increment 2 of the Cadet Barracks at the United States Military Academy, New York, as authorized by section 2101(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (division B of Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 2119), until the Secretary of the Army certifies to the congressional defense committees that the Secretary intends to award a contract for the renovation of MacArthur Short Barracks at the United States Military Academy concurrent with assuming beneficial occupancy of the renovated Scott Barracks at the United States Military Academy.
