## SEC. 1613 REPORTING ON GOALS FOR PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS AWARDED TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS Subsection (h)(1) of section 15 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 644) is amended— ####

(1)by striking “and” at the end of subparagraph (B); ####

(2)by striking the period at the end of subparagraph

(C)and inserting “; and”; and ####

(3)by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(D) > > a remediation plan with proposed new practices to better meet such goals, including analysis of factors leading to any failure to achieve such goals.” > .
