## SEC. 1532 JOINT IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE DEFEAT FUND ###

(a)Use and Transfer of Funds Subsections

(b)and

(c)of section 1514 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law 109-364; 120 Stat. 2439), as in effect before the amendments made by section 1503 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4649), shall apply to the funds made available to the Department of Defense for the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Fund for fiscal year 2014. ###

(b)Termination of Notification Requirement Effective December 31, 2014, paragraph

(4)of subsection

(c)of section 1514 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law 109-364; 120 Stat. 2439), as amended by section 1503(c) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4649), is repealed. ###

(c)Extension of Interdiction of Improvised Explosive Device Precursor Chemicals Authority Section 1532(c)(4) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 2057) is amended by striking “December 31, 2013” and inserting “December 31, 2014”. ###

(d)Semiannual Obligations and Expenditure Reports Not later April 15 and October 15, 2014, the Secretary of Defense shall provide to the congressional defense committees a report on the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Fund explaining commitments, obligations, and expenditures by line of operation during the preceding six months.
