## SEC. 134 PROHIBITION OF PROCUREMENT OF UNNECESSARY C-27J AIRCRAFT BY THE AIR FORCE None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (Public Law 112-81) for aircraft procurement, Air Force, that remain available to the Secretary of the Air Force on or after the date of the enactment of this Act may be obligated or expended for the procurement of additional C-27J aircraft that are not on contract as of June 1, 2013. ## Subtitle E Defense-wide, Joint, and Multiservice Matters
