## SEC. 131 REPEAL OF REQUIREMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN RETIRED KC-135E AIRCRAFT Section 135 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law 109-364; 120 Stat. 2114), as amended by section 131 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4377), is amended— ####
(1)by striking “(a) Limitation.—”; and ####
(2)by striking subsection (b).
