## SEC. 1245 ADDITIONAL REPORTS ON MILITARY AND SECURITY DEVELOPMENTS INVOLVING THE DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF KOREA ###
(a)Report Subsection
(a)of section 1236 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (Public Law 112-81; 125 Stat. 1641), as amended by section 1292 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 2042), is further amended by striking “November 1, 2012, and November 1, 2013,” and inserting “November 1, 2013, November 1, 2015, and November 1, 2017,”. ###
(b)Update Section 1236 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (d); and ####
(2)by inserting after subsection
(b)the following new subsection: > > ### “(c) Update > > The Secretary of Defense shall revise or supplement the most recent report submitted pursuant to subsection
(a)if, in the Secretary’s estimation, interim events or developments occurring in a period between reports required under subsection
(a)warrant revision or supplement.” > .
