## SEC. 1232 ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS IN ANNUAL REPORT ON MILITARY POWER OF IRAN ###

(a)In General Section 1245(b)(3) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (Public Law 111-84; 123 Stat. 2542) is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph (C), by striking “and” at the end; ####

(2)in subparagraph (D), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and” ; and ####

(3)by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(E) > > a description of the structure of Iran’s global network of terrorist and criminal groups and an analysis of the capability of such network of groups and how such network of groups operates to support and reinforce Iran’s grand strategy.” > . ###

(b)Effective Date **[**[10 U.S.C. 113 note](/us/usc/t10/s113)**]** The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act and shall apply with respect to reports required to be submitted under section 1245 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010, as so amended, on or after that date.
