## SEC. 1097 SENSE OF CONGRESS ON COLLABORATION ON BORDER SECURITY It is the sense of Congress that the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Homeland Security should, consistent with existing law and authorities, seek to collaborate on enhanced United States border security, including by identifying excess property of the Department of Defense, if any, that may be suitable for use by the Department of Homeland Security to support border security efforts.
