## SEC. 1058 REPORT ON NEW START TREATY Not later than January 15, 2014, the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff shall jointly submit to the congressional defense committees, the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate a report on whether the New START Treaty (as defined in section 494(a)(2)(D)(ii) of title 10, United States Code) is in the national security interests of the United States.
