## SEC. 437 DEFINITION OF COVERED SCHOOL Title II (29 U.S.C. 760 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ## “SEC. 206 DEFINITION OF COVERED SCHOOL > > **[**[29 U.S.C. 766](/us/usc/t29/s766)**]** > > “In this title, the term ‘covered school’ means an elementary school or secondary school (as such terms are defined in section 9101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7801)) or an institution of higher education.” > . ## Subtitle D Professional Development and Special Projects and Demonstration
