(1)> > If the Director determines that an entity that receives funding under this title fails to comply with the applicable requirements of this Act, or to make progress toward achieving the measurable goals described in section 204(d)(2), with respect to the covered activities involved, the Director shall utilize available monitoring and enforcement measures. > > > #### “(2) > > As part of the annual report required under subsection (l), the Secretary shall describe each action taken by the Secretary under paragraph
