## SEC. 431 PURPOSE Section 200 (29 U.S.C. 760) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1), by inserting “technical assistance,” after “training,”; ####
(2)in paragraph (2), by inserting “technical assistance,” after “training,”; ####
(3)in paragraph (3), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A)— #####
(A)by inserting “and use” after “transfer”; and #####
(B)by inserting “, in a timely and efficient manner,” after “disabilities”; and ####
(4)in paragraph (4), by striking “distribution” and inserting “dissemination”; ####
(5)in paragraph (5)— #####
(A)by inserting “, including individuals with intellectual and psychiatric disabilities,” after “disabilities”; and #####
(B)by striking “and” after the semicolon; ####
(6)by redesignating paragraph
(6)as paragraph (7); ####
(7)by inserting after paragraph
(5)the following: > > #### “(6) > > identify strategies for effective coordination of services to job seekers with disabilities available through programs of one-stop partners, as defined in section 3 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act;” > ; ####
