## SEC. 407 EVALUATION AND INFORMATION ###
(a)Evaluation Section 14 (29 U.S.C. 711) is amended— ####
(1)by inserting “of Education” after “Secretary” each place it appears; ####
(2)in subsection (f)(2), by inserting “competitive” before “integrated employment”; ####

(A)in subsection (b), by striking “(b)” and inserting “(b)(1)”; #####
(B)in subsection (c), by striking “(c)” and inserting “(2)”; #####
(C)in subsection (d), by striking “(d)” and inserting “(3)”; and #####
(D)by redesignating subsections
(e)and
(f)as subsections
(c)and (d), respectively; ####
(4)by inserting after subsection (d), as redesignated by paragraph (3)(D), the following: > > ### “(e) > > > ####
(1)> > The Secretary of Health and Human Services may carry out the authorities and shall carry out the responsibilities of the Secretary of Education described in subsections
