## SEC. 224 STATE PLAN **[**[29 U.S.C. 3304](/us/usc/t29/s3304)**]** Each State desiring to receive funds under this title for any fiscal year shall submit and have approved a unified State plan in accordance with section 102 or a combined State plan in accordance with section 103.
