## SEC. 205 RULE OF CONSTRUCTION REGARDING POSTSECONDARY TRANSITION AND CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT ACTIVITIES **[**[29 U.S.C. 3274](/us/usc/t29/s3274)**]** Nothing in this title shall be construed to prohibit or discourage the use of funds provided under this title for adult education and literacy activities that help eligible individuals transition to postsecondary education and training or employment, or for concurrent enrollment activities.
