## SECTION 1 SHORT TITLE AND TABLE OF CONTENTS.1 **[**[12 U.S.C. 1461](/us/usc/t12/s1461)**]** This Act may be cited as the “Home Owners' Loan Act”. 1Section 369(1) of Public Law 111–203 repealed the table of contents in section 1 of this Act; however, such Public Law did not provide for an amendment to conform the heading accordingly in section 1.
