## SEC. 803 PROTECTION FOR CHILDREN OF VAWA SELF-PETITIONERS Section 204(l)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1154(l)(2)) is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph (E), by striking “or” at the end; ####
(2)by redesignating subparagraph
(F)as subparagraph (G); and ####
(3)by inserting after subparagraph
(E)the following: > > ##### “(F) > > a child of an alien who filed a pending or approved petition for classification or application for adjustment of status or other benefit specified in section 101(a)(51) as a VAWA self-petitioner; or” > .
