## SEC. 801 U NONIMMIGRANT DEFINITION Section 101(a)(15)(U)(iii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)(U)(iii)) is amended by inserting “stalking;” after “sexual exploitation;”.
