## SEC. 1232 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SECRETARY OF LABOR Section 105(b) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2005 (22 U.S.C. 7112(b)) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(3) Submission to congress > > Not later than December 1, 2014, and every 2 years thereafter, the Secretary of Labor shall submit the list developed under paragraph (2)(C) to Congress.” > .
