## Sec. 907 interpretation with respect to living facilities Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this title, nothing contained herein shall be construed to prohibit any educational institution receiving funds under this Act, from maintaining separate living facilities for the different sexes. **[**[20 U.S.C. 1686](/us/usc/t20/s1686)**]** Enacted June 23, 1972, P.L. 92–318, sec. 907, 86 Stat. 375.
