## SEC. 204 LIMITATION ON USE OF INCENTIVE PAYMENTS Section 473A(f) (42 U.S.C. 673b(f)) is amended in the 1st sentence by inserting “, and shall use the amount to supplement, and not supplant, any Federal or non-Federal funds used to provide any service under part B or E” before the period.
