## SEC. 201 EXTENSION OF PROGRAM THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2016 Section 473A (42 U.S.C. 673b) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (b)(5), by striking “2008 through 2012” and inserting “2013 through 2015”; and ####
(2)in each of paragraphs (1)(D) and
(2)of subsection (h), by striking “2013” and inserting “2016”.
